Jacye Johnson, LCSW
Clinical Director

Jacye A. Johnson is a licensed clinical social worker and currently the Clinical Director for Eastchester Family Services. She is a distinguished Alumnus of Clark Atlanta University, where she earned two degrees; a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S.W from the Whitney M. Young, Jr. School of Social Work. Here, the focus of her concentration was “Child and Family Services,” which led to her research on The Relationship between African American Mothers’ Parenting Styles and Aggression in Young Children. Over 20 years, she has been passionate about her work in the field of social service, mental health, and healthcare arenas. This passion has been exhibited in her work with children and families and she has dedicated her professional life to helping people enhance their quality of life through the improvement of mental health. She is especially passionate about working to improve the social and emotional development of young people, and has worked extensively in the area of Early Childhood Mental Health. 

Dr. Victoria Thedford

Director of Physical Health

Dr. Victoria Thedford is a native of Atlanta, and has been a Physician for over 20 years in the field of Internal Medicine & Pediatrics. Dr. Thedford states that Medicine is her calling and passion, and she loves and is committed to providing healing, healthcare, counseling and companionship for the well-being of all of her patients, family and friends. Dr. Thedford, fondly called “Dr. T”, has been described as an “old school Doctor” because she goes over and beyond the call of duty! She makes every effort to help people in any way that she can. This in turn encourages others to “pay it forward”, and also reminds people that there is still good in our world! Dr. Thedford has 4 “grown” children, a daughter and three sons. She has also been blessed with two beautiful granddaughters whom she absolutely adores and spoils! Besides caring for others, “Dr. T” enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, fishing, wild game hunting, sky diving, tinkering with tools, and traveling to new adventures.

Dr Raushanah Hud-Aleem

Psychiatrist

Dr. Raushanah Hud-Aleem has been a practicing Psychiatrist for more than 10 years. She joined Eastchester in 2018.

Maureen Ogbu

Maureen Ogbu, NP
Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Ogbu, a nurse practitioner, came to Eastchester in 2018.  She has 12 years experience in the nursing field.

Rodney Aldridge

Mr. Aldridge is a nurse practitioner who joined the Eastchester family in 2019.

Tisha Johnson, PsyD, TF-CBT
Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Tisha Johnson is a clinical psychologist who is licensed in Georgia, North Carolina, and New York. She has been with the Eastchester family since 2012 and has a wide variety of clinical experiences that include providing psychological services in community behavioral health, residential treatment, community outreach, Christian counseling, and private practice settings. Her target population is childhood to young adults. She specializes in mood and behavioral disorders, including depression, mania, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and anxiety. In addition to her love for her professional work, Dr. Johnson is passionate about her family, crafting, and giving back to her community.

Dr LaToya Williams

Corporate Compliance Officer

Dr. LaToya Williams has over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and has received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Spelman College, a Master of Social Work Degree from Clark Atlanta University, and her Doctor of Education Degree from Argosy University, in Pastoral Community Counseling. Dr. Williams is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who utilizes her proficiencies to provide empowerment to adults and children and has a passion to help people sustain joy, freedom, and an abundant life regardless of any mental health challenges. Dr. Williams has served at Eastchester since 2010 and continues to share the heart of assisting youth and adults in navigating the stages, transitions, phases and challenges of life.

Dawn Townsend

Clinical Compliance Specialist

Dawn Townsend is a licensed professional counselor and a national certified counselor having over 14 years of experience working in various capacities within the mental health field. Mrs. Townsend received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Spelman College and her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from Mercer University. Mrs. Townsend has always been passionate about expanding her skills in order to meet the countless needs of serving the family as a whole and its individual parts. Mrs. Townsend firmly believes that our life’s circumstances do not have to inhibit us from reaching our true potential and purpose in life, and continues to advocate for diminishing the stigma related to mental health. Mrs. Townsend has provided her services at Eastchester Family Services since 2013 and most recently expanded her skills in an area of service that she has been passionate about her entire career, trauma-focused care. When Mrs. Townsend is not hard at work serving EFS families and the EFS team, you will find her serving her own family and our surrounding communities.

Amber Simons, LPC, CPSC, TF-CBT
Cartersville Site Administrator

Amber Simons has been with Eastchester since 2011.  She is a LPC who has been practicing for 15 years.  In addition to serving as the Site Administrator for Cartersville, she provides therapy services.

Pamela Morris, LMFT, MS
Atlanta Site Director

Pamela is a Licensed Marriage and Family  Therapist with 25 years experience providing individual, couples, group, and family counseling to clients. Pamela has significant training and experience serving  persons who have co-occurring mental health/substance use diagnoses, as well as individuals who have survived complex trauma. Pamela has previously served as  clinical supervisor to interns as well as licensed clinicians in Residential and intensive outpatient settings. Prior to accepting employment with Eastchester, Pamela served as Director of Youth Residential Services in which she provided oversight and management to two separate child caring facilities ensuring the comprehensive behavioral health, psychiatric, medical and educational care of over 150 youth.

Director of Billing & Logistics

Michael Wright has been working in the billing arena of Behavioral Health for more than 14 years.  As a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) & Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Michael knows and manages Eastchester’s full Revenue Cycle. Michael has been a part of the Eastchester Family for 10 years.

Ms. Holland is a Family Advocate specializing in Substance Use services. She has served Eastchester’s clients since 2005.
